Katie is an excellent Leasing Manager, she is so kind and helpful. She has made me and my boyfriend's transition to moving to a new state incredibly easy. The apartment is beautiful, nice area, decent price for rent, convenient location, and kind neighbors. Maintenance is helpful. I enjoy living here!

Nice right off the main highway. So far nice and quiet. Rent is the going rate, which it is expensive everywhere in Columbus now.

We lived there for two years and found the condos to be so spacious and well maintained. The area is landscaped well and the staff always responsive. The garages and enclosed private patio areas are a huge plus. Really enjoyed the clubhouse and pool. Nice community and access to shopping, restaurants, and 270.
